Eleven Scandals is the third book in the Love by Numbers series and it features Juliana Fiori and Simon Pearson, Duke of Leighton (we know him as the fiance of Lady Penelope in A Rogue by Any Other Name).
Ridiculously Short Plot
Juliana Fiori and Simon Pearson try to fight their attraction for each other but fail. Simon ends up rescuing Juliana from all sorts of scandalous behavior and the two fall in love in the process.
Main Characters
Juliana Fiori - Italian half sister of the Marquess of Ralston (their mother ran off and married an Italian merchant)
Simon Pearson - Duke of Leighton AKA The Duke of Disdain is a stickler for propriety and hates scandals with a vengeance

I enjoyed reading this book but it isn’t one of my favorites. I like Simon but Juliana, however, is another story. I love the chemistry between Juliana and Simon. Despite there being not much s-e-x going on, every meeting with these two had sparks flying all over the page. Their witty banter is awesome and totally Sarah MacLean.
Overall, the plot moved pretty fast for me and it was enjoyable.
Recommendations
I recommend reading Nine Rules to Break when Romancing A Rake, the first book in the series.
